1. Only SERIOUS BUYERS will be entertained. Backout buyers and/or fake customers will be BLACKLISTED.
2. Purchases are based on
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis. Whoever makes their payment FASTEST, will be able to secure the items first.
3. Reservations are
not allowed.
4. All prices stated in our blogshop are FIXED and, STRICTLY NON-NEGOTIABLE. We
do not provide further discounts due to fair basis to all valued customers. Everyone pays the same.
5. ALL SALES are FINAL. Once payment is made, no changes will be entertained for any reasons.
6. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
7. We provide POSTAGE and CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) services. Buyers are to bear all mailing and shipping costs. COD services are only applicable to the following areas:
- Paradigm Mall
- Kelana Jaya LRT Station
- Nobel International School (Students only)
- Any areas near Kelana Jaya

8. We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE in damages or losses upon delivery/during shipment.

10. Shipments will be made on MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS only.
11. Please check your JUNKMAIL/SPAMBOX if you do not receive our reply within 48 hours. Kindly resend your email if you still do not receive a reply.
12. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
13. Once your parcel is posted out (we will inform you via email), we have no further responsibilities to track your parcel's whereabouts or to tell you when your parcel will be arriving. We only provide tracking numbers upon request.
14. All items are ready stock unless stated otherwise.
15. Payments have to be made within 48 hours after the confirmation of order email is sent to you, otherwise your order will be canceled automatically. (Please inform us earlier if there will be any late payment)
16. All pictures on this blog are copyrighted. No stealing of pictures please.
17. Pre-orders close every Friday and you will receive your items within 2-3 weeks. Please ensure that your payment has been made before Friday or your order will be pushed forward to the next week.

3. Do you provide COD at areas other than Kelana Jaya?
Yes, we do but extra charges may apply. Do contact us for more details.
4. Are we allowed to make reservations?
Unfortunately, no. Purchases are based on a first come first serve basis to be fair to all customers.
5. Can I see or try your clothes before making payment?
Please understand that this is an online blogshop, no fitting. We will not entertain such inquires.
6. Are your items restockable?
This depends on the demands for an item. Please contact us if you would like for a particular item to be restocked and we will contact you with any updates.
7. Can I exchange or have a refund since these clothes don't fit me?
No. No exchanges or refunds allowed, because measurements are already stated.
8. I received my item, but it is not in good condition.
Before shipping any items out, we ensure that they are in good condition. Any damages during shipping are not our responsibility.
9. The colour of the items I received defer from what they look like in the pictures.
We apologize, but we have tried our best to make the colors as accurate as possible. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
